Coalition Work

in: Spanish

Coalición de Derechos Humanos works to build solidarity with all social justice struggles and movement for change.  Members have worked for more than thirty years to create coalitions with various allies, including the environmental, labor, faith-based, LGBT, Indigenous, and youth.

The lack of a collective space for meaningful dialogue on the issues of human rights and social justice have allowed the conversation to be shifted dangerously to the right, highlighting anti-immigrant, anti-Mexicano, xenophobic, and divisive language to permeate any attempt to seek solutions.  This community space can be reclaimed, and when we truly recognize all violations of human rights as a personal call for action, we will truly find justice!
