Coalición de Derechos Humanos would like to invite you to be part of our work!  As the anti-immigrant sentiment grows, hate groups move into our communities, and more and more of our brothers and sisters die on our borders, the community work that must be done grows and grows. The struggles on the U.S.-México border continue, and we must continue to build coalitions and solidarity.

Come and share your time and energy with us! We are always in need of volunteers!

Volunteers are always needed in the following areas:

  • Answering phones
  • Translation/interpretation
  • Know Your Rights presentations
  • Abuse clinic work
    • Abuse documentation
    • Detainee letters
  • Community outreach
  • Community organizing of events
  • other community projects, events and actions

Derechos Humanos is proud to participate in various internship opportunities through local and national universities and schools.  Participating students will have the opportunity to work directly with affected communities, assist in organizing and planning events, and work with us to create sustainable change.
